How To Calculate the Ad Rates?
 
To calculate the Ad rates, you have to first select the website (created and serviced by Belirams) on which you want to place your Ad. To view the list of Online Websites, please Click Here

Then select the Ad Category in which you want to place your order. (The various Ad Categories are C12 C13   H1  H2  S1  S2  S3  R1  R2  R3)

We have alloted a fix WP (Weightage Points) to each of Condo Association or Mall Website according to its performance expectations.

Now to calculate Rate of Ad to be placed on any of the Selected Website and the selected Ad Category in which it is to be placed, the calculation will be as follows:

(Rate per month displayed against the selected category) x (Weightage Point of the selected website)
It will give you Ad rate per month

For example, you have selected the website as MG and Ad Category as H1, then the Ad rate for this specification will be:

1.00x900 = Rs. 900 per month

To get the rate for two or three months, multiply the above rate by number of months.

In the above example 1.00 is the WP of selected Website MG and 900 is the rate per month of the selected Ad Category H1

We shall get back to you about your Ad Request within two working days and shall eMail to you the corresponding Order Number on it's approval.

 
Please note:
  • For a booking of three months Ad at a time, you get for free one month's additional display, i.e. pay for three months and get display for four months
  • Any taxes, Service Tax, if applicable, will be extra and is not included in the above rates.
  • The rates mentioned against above Ad Categories are only Ad Publishing or Display Rates and these rates do not include any design work charges. If you provide your ready made design and matter in digital format and as per our required specifications, then these design work charges will not be applicable
  • If you want us to create designs, logos, art work, image enahancement or HTML page, the charges for such jobs will be extra as per the the job, design and matter. We shall give the estimate of each type of such design jobs as per requirement. Approximate designing rates are mentioned in the link details of each of the above categories of Ads.
