We offer both Home Delivery or you can opt for Self Pick Up from any of our showrooms.
Home Delivery
Please note that at present, we make doorstep delivery anywhere in Delhi, New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and Faridabad.
Our delivery timings are mainly 11 am to 7 pm on all seven days. If you desire any change in the delivery time, please contact us at 98100-68220. We'll confirm only if delivery personnel is available during that time and delivery can be made at other than stipulated delivery hours. We try our best to deliver at the fixed date and time but in rare cases delays can occur because of some unforseen reasons ... for which delivery can be re-arranged.
Normally goods are delivered within three days after confirmation of order. Also approximate delivery time in days is mentioned against each Item ID. Normally deliveries are made within that period. However if payment is made by cheque or draft, the goods will be delivered after the transaction is processed.
During your order placement, please clearly specify the date and time of your availability as per your convenience, and we'll try our best that your packet arrives in time.
We charge additional Rs. 150/- per order (irrespective of it's size), if delivery is desired to be made at your doorstep.
In majority of cases, the doorstep deliveries are made upto a value of Rs. 6000 in case of new customers. For orders over Rs. 6000, we request you to arrange pick up from any of our showrooms. Please also note that in case If there is any delay or that item cannot be delivered at all at your doorstep, we'll inform you at your email or phone number.
All deliveries are arranged and directed thro our showrooms at Gurgaon or New Delhi.
Self Pick-Up Delivery
You can also arrange to pick up the order from any of our showrooms as per pre-fixed time and date and showroom-venue and save the delivery charge.
Delivery of products is subject to availability. If there is any delay or that item cannot be delivered at all, we'll inform you at your email or phone number.
