by phone
For your convenience and quick placement
of orders, just note down the Item IDs of
the selected item/s and call at 98100-68220.
Furnish all the details including your address
and telephone number. We'll assist you in
every possible way to complete the order
processing. The order confirmation and Proforma
Invoice Number alongwith exact order value
will be given to you shortly. And we'll
re-confirm with you the delivery mode. Please
call us preferably between 11
am to 8 pm.
Order
Online thro our website
Just select the Item ID of the product you
want to order and add
to shopping bag.
You can add from one product to as many
products you want to order to the Shopping
Bag at a time from all the offered
items.
And after finally when you are ready to
place the order, press the button PROCEED
FOR ORDER PROCESSING at the bottom
of the Shopping Bag.
Enter your email
and telephone number
and address
and select the option of Home
Delivery or Self
Pick Up and then press Continue.
If you select Home
Delivery:
At this point you move to a page where you
have to select your convenient date
and time for delivery to be made.
Pease clearly specify the date and time
of your availability as per your convenience,
and we'll try our best that your packet
arrives in time.
We charge a fix doorstep
delivery charge of Rs.
150/- per order ... irrespective
of number of items ... which is added to
your total order value later during order
processing.
All deliveries are arranged and directed
thro our showrooms
at Gurgaon or New Delhi.
However in majority of cases, the doorstep
deliveries are made upto a value of Rs.
6000 in case of new customers. For orders
over Rs. 6000, we request you to arrange
pick up from any of our showrooms.
And if you select Self
Pick Up from any of our showrooms
at DLF or New
Delhi.
You move to a page where you opt for a tentative
date of your
choice when you will arrange the pick up
from your selected showroom.
At this point, we display your Proforma
Invoice with complete order details and
delivery preference details. You can do
any modifications before finally submitting
the order.
After submitting the order you will immediately
receive confirmation of complete order details
including the total order value and delivery
mode by email for your reference.
Your ordered items can be doorstep delivered
or you can arrange for self pick up as per
details submitted by you. In case we do
not receive payment within three days or
maximum of delivery time mentioned against
any of your selected item, we withhold the
selected items for a maximum of another
two days before we reload the same for sale.
